Hi, I’m Jo Holt—founder of InHER Life, certified resilience coach, and fierce advocate for ambitious women who are ready to achieve their goals—without sacrificing their health, happiness, or sense of self.

Like many of you, I grew up with a fire in my belly. I was driven, focused, and constantly striving to do more, be more, and push harder. I was proud of how much I could handle and how much I achieved. But eventually, all that striving came at a cost.

I hit burnout.

At the time, I told myself I was resilient. I had always bounced back from setbacks—wasn’t that what resilience was? But as I started digging deeper, I realized that bouncing back wasn't enough. I lacked a foundation of true resilience—mental, emotional, and physical strength that’s sustainable, not just reactive.

That realization changed everything.

I began to reimagine what resilience could look like—not just surviving, but thriving. I studied the science, implemented the strategies, and rebuilt my life around what I now call the Resilient Way—a blend of strength, strategy, and self-care that fuels ambition instead of draining it. And I became a certified resilience coach to help other women do the same.
